Delivery questions
What will delivery cost me?
Delivery to anywhere in the UK is £4.99 an order, and free when your order comes to more than £50.00. You pay it once per order, not per item, however many cameras or cables you add.
When will my order leave you?
If the items are in stock and you order before 4pm, Monday to Friday, we send your order the same working day. An order that comes in later than 4pm, or over the weekend, goes out the next working day. Anything on back-order follows as soon as we have it ready, and checkout shows you the wait before you pay.
Will it cost more if I live in the Highlands and Islands, or in Northern Ireland?
No. You pay the same as everywhere else in the UK: £4.99 an order, or nothing once your order is over £50.00. Delivering to the Channel Islands or to the Isle of Man? Get a price from us before you order.
What if my order arrives damaged, or something is wrong?
Just let us know about it within a reasonable time. Putting it right is on us, including the cost of sending it back. On top of that, the law lets you cancel anything bought online or by phone within 14 days, without a reason, and turn down a faulty item within 30 days.
