Kits and compatibility
2 questionsI already have a recorder. Will your cameras work with it?
Two things decide it: your recorder's make, and whether your cameras are IP or analogue HD. The key specs are on every product page. If you're unsure, send us your recorder's details and we'll check the match for you.
What comes in a complete kit?
A recorder, the cameras and the cable to connect them, chosen to work together, so there's nothing for you to match up. Kits and single parts sit side by side in the shop.
Paying and your account
3 questionsDo I need to set up an account first?
No, you don't. Check out as a guest and pay by card. An account is handy if you'd like to track your order, download invoices and reorder without filling everything in again.
How do I pay?
By debit or credit card, at our secure checkout. Your card is charged when the order is placed.
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes, for the kit or part itself. If there's a delivery charge, it's added at checkout, and you'll see the full total before paying.
Delivery
2 questionsWhen does my kit go out, and how much is delivery?
If we have your kit in stock and the order reaches us before the weekday cut-off, it leaves the same working day. Once your order reaches our free-delivery threshold, delivery costs nothing. Our delivery page gives you the actual figures.
Can I collect my kit?
Sorry, no. We're an online shop with no collection counter, so every order is sent out to you. The delivery page explains how that works.
Returns and faults
3 questionsCan I send a kit back if I change my mind?
Yes. As a consumer, the law lets you cancel most online orders for up to 14 days after delivery. If something turns out to be faulty, you have extra rights on top of that. Everything about both, including how to start, is on our returns page.
What if something in my kit is faulty?
You're protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The law gives you a repair, replacement or refund, depending on how soon the fault shows. Just tell us your order number and what's wrong, and we'll help from there.
Do kits come with a warranty?
Warranty terms differ between items, and each product page shows them. Your statutory rights are unaffected by any warranty.
