Each of the 100 plugs is an 8P8C (eight position, eight contact) RJ45 connector for Cat6 cable, with a shielded metal housing that guards against electromagnetic interference.
You feed the cable conductors through the front of the plug and then crimp it, which lets you check the wire order before you commit. It works with solid and stranded conductors depending on the cable, and is normally fitted with a pass-through crimp tool that trims the excess.
It is a practical bulk pack for an installer finishing the cables to IP cameras and a switch.
