This fish tape has a 4mm fibreglass rod, 30m long, wound on a reel. You push it through a wall cavity or conduit, attach the cable and pull it back.
Fibreglass does not conduct electricity, which helps near live circuits, and the rod is flexible enough to follow bends. It is a useful tool when you run camera cable in a kit install.
The pack holds one fibreglass reel, in red and black. Keep the rod coiled on the reel between jobs so it stays straight and does not kink.
