A new kit needs a few short network leads to connect the recorder to a switch or router. This one is a 4m patch cable with an RJ45 plug at each end, in white.
It is Cat6 U/UTP, so it is not shielded. The conductors are 24 AWG stranded copper, the snagless boots help the plugs slide past other cables, and the jacket is low smoke zero halogen (LSZH).
It is a patch lead for the short links between devices, not for long cable runs to cameras. Both ends are male RJ45.
