This is a 2-pair screened cable, a Belden 8723 equivalent, with a low smoke zero halogen outer sheath. It is 22 AWG, with tinned stranded copper conductors and an aluminium-Mylar screen.
It is made for low-voltage analogue signals, low-voltage digital control, line-level audio, computer communication and panel wiring. The pairs are individually screened, which helps where interference is a worry.
It is not coax or network cable, so it will not carry a camera picture. It suits control, signal and audio wiring where a screened pair is needed.
