When the screen is a long way from the recorder, a plain copper HDMI cable runs out of range. This 20m active optical lead is made for the longer run and needs no external power.
Both ends are HDMI Type A male. It carries 3840x2160 at 60Hz, the cable is slim at 4.5 to 5mm and it is Kevlar reinforced for pulling through conduit.
The signal travels one way only, from recorder to display, so connect it the right way round. Ask us before ordering if your recorder or monitor does not take an HDMI input.
