Yes, up to 13 more IP cameras can plug into the free PoE ports on the DS-7616NXI-K2/16P(E) recorder. Beyond that you would need a PoE switch.
This is a complete PoE kit: the recorder, three cameras, network leads and a 4TB drive that is already fitted, so the cameras plug straight into the recorder, which also powers them. Nothing else needs a power socket near the camera.
DS-2CD2387G3-LIS2UY/SL is an 8MP ColorVu 3.0 turret camera (3840 × 2160). Its F1.0 lens and fixed 2.8mm focal length give a 108.8° view in colour even in low light. Two microphones and a speaker handle two-way audio, and a strobe light with an audible alarm can start when it detects an intruder. The hybrid light reaches 30 metres.
It takes a microSD card of up to 512GB, and the anti-corrosion metal housing is IP67. It needs 802.3at PoE, which the recorder supplies.
The DS-7616NXI-K2/16P(E) is a 16-channel AcuSense recorder with sixteen PoE ports. It takes two SATA drives of up to 16TB each, supports up to 160Mbps incoming, and has separate HDMI and VGA outputs. The recorder has 16 ports and this kit fills 3, so thirteen more IP cameras can be added later without a PoE switch.
In the box: the recorder, 3 Hikvision DS-2CD2387G3-LIS2UY/SL cameras, a 1.5m HDMI lead, 3 Cat6 network patch leads of 20m (UKVISION, CCA) and the 4TB hard drive. You provide a monitor with an HDMI input and the fixings for each camera. Compare other sets in the IP PoE kits or the 3 camera kits.

The 3 cameras in the box use 3 of the 16 channels on the recorder. So there are 13 channels left over if you want more cameras later.
Adding cameras later? First make sure the recorder handles their resolution and has enough recording bandwidth, and that a power or PoE port is free for each one.
Around 30 days of footage
There is 4TB of storage in the box.
Recording around the clock in H.265, that holds roughly 30 days of footage. Our sum allows 1 Mbps for each camera of 2MP or less, 2 Mbps for each one above that up to 5MP, and 4 Mbps for each one sharper than 5MP, added together when the cameras are not all the same model. Your own settings, how busy each view is and how much of the drive is usable all change the true number. With motion-only recording, it comes down to how often something moves in view.
Network (IP) system
One cable to each camera brings it power and picture.
First, look over the box list: it names the power supplies, cables and mounting parts included. Then plan where each camera goes and how long each cable needs to be, because knowing how many cameras you have does not tell you what they will cover. At every spot, check what the lens can see, the lighting, and how exposed the camera will be to the weather.
