This set gives a small property four cameras and a recorder in one box. The four black Hikvision DS-2CD1383G2-LIUF/SL turrets are 8MP PoE cameras, so each needs a single network cable that carries both power and picture back to the NVR.
Each camera has Smart Hybrid Light, which uses infrared or white light for night viewing, human and vehicle detection to cut needless alerts, and H.265+ compression. A built-in microphone and speaker allow two-way audio, a microSD slot takes a card of up to 512GB, and the housing is IP67 for outdoor use.
The recorder is the 4-channel Hikvision DS-7604NXI-K1/4P with four PoE ports. It accepts IP cameras up to 12MP, has AcuSense human and vehicle detection and outputs 4K over HDMI. A 2TB hard drive comes already installed.
The box holds the NVR, four cameras, four 20m Cat6 patch cables and a 1.5m HDMI lead. You supply a monitor and fixings. Mount the cameras, run each cable to a PoE port, plug in the monitor and set the recording schedule.
Black cameras blend in on dark brick, timber or render, and the turret shape lets you angle the lens a little after fixing it, so doors and driveways sit properly in frame.
All four PoE ports are used, so a fifth camera would need a PoE switch. For more cameras from the start, look at the 8-channel version in the IP PoE kits, or all 4 camera kits.

Recording around the clock in H.265, that holds roughly 11 days of footage. Our sum allows 1 Mbps for each camera of 2MP or less, 2 Mbps for each one above that up to 5MP, and 4 Mbps for each one sharper than 5MP, added together when the cameras are not all the same model. Your own settings, how busy each view is and how much of the drive is usable all change the true number. With motion-only recording, it comes down to how often something moves in view.

First, look over the box list: it names the power supplies, cables and mounting parts included. Then plan where each camera goes and how long each cable needs to be, because knowing how many cameras you have does not tell you what they will cover. At every spot, check what the lens can see, the lighting, and how exposed the camera will be to the weather.
