This is a 1.5 metre kettle lead with an IEC C13 connector at one end and a UK BS1363 mains plug at the other. The cable is black PVC, H05VV-F, with three 0.75mm² cores, meeting BS6396 for 10A circuits.
It fits any equipment with an IEC C14 inlet, which includes many recorders, monitors, PoE switches and equipment power supplies. If a unit comes without a mains lead, or the one you have is too short, this replaces it.
At 1.5m it reaches from a wall socket to a rack or desk without leaving much slack. Check that your equipment has a C14 inlet before you order.
