The SPL-2 joins two wires with a lever clamp. Lift the lever, put the stripped wire in, close it, and the joint is made without a screwdriver or crimp tool.
It is used on 12V DC and 24V DC camera systems to join or extend a power lead, for example when a new camera is further away than its cable reaches. Solid and stranded copper conductors both fit.
The insulated housing is compact enough for a camera junction box or a cabinet. Pick the port count to match the number of wires meeting at the joint. Check your wire size suits the ports.
