Use this when a device ends in an RCA plug and the lead you have ends in a BNC plug. The adapter's socket takes the BNC end and its RCA plug goes into the device, joining the two.
It carries analogue composite video, suits RG59 and RG6 coax, and is made of metal for a secure contact. The compact inline design fits racks, junction boxes and cable runs.
Choose it when the plug on your equipment is RCA and the cable ends in a BNC plug. If your equipment has an RCA socket instead and the cable has a BNC plug, you want the BNC male to RCA female adapter, which is a separate product.
