Good to know
Order on a weekday before 4pm and your kit is sent that same day. Anything ordered after 4pm, or over the weekend, is sent the next working day.
Yes. It can come back to us for up to 14 days if you simply change your mind, or up to 30 days if it reaches you faulty.
Yes. It has a microphone and speaker, and the recorder supports two-way audio over coax.
It combines white light, up to 20 metres, for colour pictures with infrared up to 30 metres, and the mode can be configured.
You can speak through these cameras. Each DS-2CE78U0T-LPTS has a built-in microphone and speaker, and two-way audio runs over the coax lead, so you can listen at a gate, a shop door or a yard and answer from the recorder's system.
It is an 8MP 4K HD-TVI turret with a maximum resolution of 3840 × 2160. Smart Hybrid Light combines white light, up to 20 metres, for full colour and infrared up to 30 metres for discreet night viewing, and you can configure which mode is used. The housing is IP67 rated.
In the box: the iDS-7204HUHI-M1/XT 4-channel recorder, which is an AcuSense 4K recorder with H.265 Pro+ compression that takes one SATA drive of up to 12TB; 4 Hikvision DS-2CE78U0T-LPTS cameras; 4 RG59 BNC video leads of 20m, each with a DC power tail; a 12V 3A power supply with a four-way splitter; a 1.5m HDMI cable and a 1TB hard drive, already fitted. You provide a monitor with an HDMI input and a place to mount each camera.
Two-way audio needs a recorder that supports it, which this iDS-7204HUHI-M1/XT does. Set the lighting mode to suit where you point each camera. The recorder has one SATA bay, so the 1TB drive that is fitted can be replaced with a larger one of up to 12TB if you want to keep footage for longer.
Other sizes
The same recorder and cameras, packed for a different number of views.

Recording around the clock in H.265, that holds roughly 5 days of footage. Our sum allows 1 Mbps for each camera of 2MP or less, 2 Mbps for each one above that up to 5MP, and 4 Mbps for each one sharper than 5MP, added together when the cameras are not all the same model. Your own settings, how busy each view is and how much of the drive is usable all change the true number. With motion-only recording, it comes down to how often something moves in view.

First, look over the box list: it names the power supplies, cables and mounting parts included. Then plan where each camera goes and how long each cable needs to be, because knowing how many cameras you have does not tell you what they will cover. At every spot, check what the lens can see, the lighting, and how exposed the camera will be to the weather.
