No. The four PoE ports on the NVR power the cameras through their network cables.
The NVR has four PoE ports, all used by this kit. A fifth camera needs a PoE switch on the network.
A PoE kit keeps the install simple: each camera needs one network cable, and that cable carries power as well as the picture. This four-camera set pairs a four-port Hikvision NVR with four 8MP turrets, so a small shop, workshop or house can have every approach covered at 4K.
The UK-CI-4K-G1 is an 8MP PoE turret (3840 × 2160) with a 2.8mm lens, 113° of view, H.265+ and Smart Hybrid Light that reaches 30 metres. It supports audio.
In the box: the 4-channel PoE DS-7604NXI-K1/4P NVR; 4 UK-CI-4K-G1 8MP audio PoE turret cameras; 4 UKVISION Cat6 patch cables of 20m; a 1.5m HDMI cable and a 2TB hard drive, already fitted. The NVR powers the cameras over PoE, so there are no power adaptors to buy. You provide a monitor with an HDMI input and a place to mount each camera. Its four PoE ports power and connect the cameras directly, it handles IP cameras up to 12MP and has one SATA bay for up to 10TB.
Fitting is straightforward. Mount the 4 cameras, run each Cat6 patch cable back to a PoE port on the NVR, connect a monitor over HDMI and set the date and the recording schedule on the recorder. Nothing else has to be bought to get recording.
Four cameras fill the four PoE ports, so later additions need a PoE switch. Larger sets are in the CCTV kits.

Recording around the clock in H.265, that holds roughly 11 days of footage. Our sum allows 1 Mbps for each camera of 2MP or less, 2 Mbps for each one above that up to 5MP, and 4 Mbps for each one sharper than 5MP, added together when the cameras are not all the same model. Your own settings, how busy each view is and how much of the drive is usable all change the true number. With motion-only recording, it comes down to how often something moves in view.

First, look over the box list: it names the power supplies, cables and mounting parts included. Then plan where each camera goes and how long each cable needs to be, because knowing how many cameras you have does not tell you what they will cover. At every spot, check what the lens can see, the lighting, and how exposed the camera will be to the weather.
