A DVR, the recorder for coax cameras
A coax (HD analogue) camera.
It sends TVI video: check your DVR takes it.
Not sure which recorder you have? A DVR has a row of round twist-on (BNC) camera sockets on the back; an NVR has none.
Starting a new system? See our coax camera kits.
The Hikvision DS-2CE12UF3T-E is a mini bullet camera that records 4K (3840 × 2160) over coax cable. It is a good way to add a sharper view to a Turbo HD DVR system without running new network cable.
ColorVu keeps the picture in colour at night, and 130dB true WDR helps when a bright sky or sun sits behind the subject. It comes with a choice of 2.8mm, 3.6mm or 6mm fixed lens, so you can match the view to the spot: wider for a yard, longer for a gate or drive.
It outputs HD-TVI, AHD, CVI or CVBS, so it fits a range of DVRs. The PoC model can take power over the coax from a compatible recorder. The housing is IP67 rated, so it can go outdoors.
