Good to know
Order on a weekday before 4pm and your kit is sent that same day. Anything ordered after 4pm, or over the weekend, is sent the next working day.
Yes. It can come back to us for up to 14 days if you simply change your mind, or up to 30 days if it reaches you faulty.
The iDS-7208HUHI-M1/XT recorder with a 4TB drive fitted, 8 cameras, 8 x 20m shotgun leads, a 12V 5A power supply with a built-in 8-way splitter and a 1.5m HDMI cable.
Yes. A 4TB drive comes pre-installed.
Yes. Eight cameras use all eight coax channels; the recorder can also take up to 16 network cameras.
This is a complete Hikvision coax CCTV kit: iDS-7208HUHI-M1/XT, an 8-channel AcuSense DVR with one HDD bay, with 8 UKVISION 8MP 4K audio turret cameras and a 4TB hard drive already fitted. The cameras fill every channel on the recorder, so this is a whole eight-camera system in one order.
It records up to 4K/8MP at 8 frames a second or 3K/5MP at 12, takes HDTVI, AHD, CVI, CVBS and IP inputs, and has up to 16 network camera inputs, each up to 8MP. These are UKVISION 8MP turrets (3840 x 2160) with a Sony sensor and an IP67 housing for indoor or outdoor mounting. Each has a built-in microphone sending audio over the coax cable, and a mounting base for fixing.
In the box: the recorder with the 4TB drive installed, 8 x 20m RG59 shotgun leads with BNC video and DC power ends, a 12V 5A power supply with a built-in 8-way splitter and a 1.5m High Speed HDMI cable for your monitor. You provide a screen, and a network connection if you want to watch remotely.
Mount the cameras on their bases, run each lead to the recorder and fit the BNC ends to channels 1 to 8. The power ends go to the 8-way splitter supply, and the HDMI cable goes to your monitor. All eight channels are used, so a ninth camera would need a network camera.
Other sizes

The 8 cameras in the box use 8 of the 8 channels on the recorder. There is a camera on every channel already. For a bigger system, the next step is a recorder with more channels.
Around 11 days of footage
There is 4TB of storage in the box.
Recording around the clock in H.265, that holds roughly 11 days of footage. Our sum allows 1 Mbps for each camera of 2MP or less, 2 Mbps for each one above that up to 5MP, and 4 Mbps for each one sharper than 5MP, added together when the cameras are not all the same model. Your own settings, how busy each view is and how much of the drive is usable all change the true number. With motion-only recording, it comes down to how often something moves in view.
Coax (HD analogue) system

First, look over the box list: it names the power supplies, cables and mounting parts included. Then plan where each camera goes and how long each cable needs to be, because knowing how many cameras you have does not tell you what they will cover. At every spot, check what the lens can see, the lighting, and how exposed the camera will be to the weather.
Yes. They have an IP67 housing for indoor and outdoor mounting.
