The Festo QS-6 joins two pneumatic tubes of 6mm outside diameter end to end, with a push-in socket on each side. Tubes lock when pushed in, and the blue release ring frees them.
The body is lightweight PBT with NBR seals and stainless-steel gripping parts, in a compact shape that suits tight spaces on machinery. It is a compressed-air fitting for automation and maintenance work and has no use on cameras or recorders.
Tube of another diameter will not fit, so measure the outside diameter before you order.
