A camera kit watches what happens; a shock sensor can warn you earlier, when someone is forcing a door or window. The Texecom AEA-0001 Veritas Impaq E is a wired vibration detector that suits that job beside a CCTV system.
Sensitivity is adjustable, and three LEDs (detection, disable and comfort) help whoever sets it up. It meets EN50131-1 Grade 2 Class II, runs on 9 to 16V DC and measures 87 x 62 x 26mm (HxWxD). It mounts on a wall, corner or ceiling, in white or brown.
It needs a wired alarm panel input, so it is an add-on for an existing wired alarm, not a stand-alone unit.
