This is an RCA female socket on the front and a 2-pin screw terminal on the back. Strip your wire, clamp it with a screwdriver and the lead now ends in a standard RCA jack.
It is used in surveillance setups to link microphones, recorder audio inputs and other AV parts that need RCA connections. Any lead with an RCA male plug will then plug straight into it.
The screw clamp is meant to hold the wire firmly and avoid a loose joint over time. It also works for bench testing and maintenance. Check that the other end of your connection is an RCA male plug before you buy.
