The EP-301 is a cylinder electric rim lock. A video door phone or access control system it is compatible with can unlock the door for you once you have seen who is calling.
It is a surface-mounted rim lock, so it suits compatible doors where an electric lock fits, and the cylinder also takes a key for manual entry. It suits homes, offices and shared entrances.
Before installing, check the operating voltage, the door handing and that your door phone or controller can drive the lock. Ask us if you are unsure.
