Yes. The DS-2CD1383G2-LIU has a built-in microphone, so sound is recorded with the picture. It has no speaker, so there is no two-way talk.
A monitor or TV with an HDMI input, and fixings to mount the 4 cameras. The recorder, 4 cameras, 4 network leads, an HDMI lead and the 1TB drive are in the box.
All the PoE ports on the recorder are used, so more cameras would need a PoE switch and a free recorder channel.
This is a complete PoE kit: the recorder, four cameras, network leads and a 1TB drive that is already fitted, so the cameras plug straight into the recorder, which also powers them. Nothing else needs a power socket near the camera.
DS-2CD1383G2-LIU is an 8MP turret camera (3840 × 2160) with a fixed 2.8mm lens and a 113° horizontal view, enough to cover a driveway, a yard or a shop floor from one corner. Its hybrid light mixes infrared and white light up to 30 metres, and the built-in microphone records sound with the picture.
Human and vehicle detection helps the recorder skip animals and shifting light. The housing is IP67 and the camera draws power from the recorder over its network cable.
The DS-7604NXI-K1/4P is a 4-channel AcuSense recorder with four PoE ports built in. It records IP cameras up to 12MP in H.265+, shows 4K over HDMI, and takes one SATA drive of up to 10TB. The recorder has 4 ports and this kit fills them all.
In the box: the recorder, 4 Hikvision DS-2CD1383G2-LIU cameras, a 1.5m HDMI lead, 4 Cat6 network patch leads of 20m (UKVISION, CCA) and the 1TB hard drive. You provide a monitor with an HDMI input and the fixings for each camera. Compare other sets in the IP PoE kits or the 4 camera kits.

Recording around the clock in H.265, that holds roughly 5 days of footage. Our sum allows 1 Mbps for each camera of 2MP or less, 2 Mbps for each one above that up to 5MP, and 4 Mbps for each one sharper than 5MP, added together when the cameras are not all the same model. Your own settings, how busy each view is and how much of the drive is usable all change the true number. With motion-only recording, it comes down to how often something moves in view.

First, look over the box list: it names the power supplies, cables and mounting parts included. Then plan where each camera goes and how long each cable needs to be, because knowing how many cameras you have does not tell you what they will cover. At every spot, check what the lens can see, the lighting, and how exposed the camera will be to the weather.
