HikvisionModel DS-7608NXI-K1/8P
The DS-7608NXI-K1/8P is the recorder for an eight-camera IP kit. Its eight PoE ports supply power and data through one cable per camera, so no separate switch is needed.
It records up to 12MP and uses AcuSense to separate people and vehicles from other movement. Compression formats are H.265+, H.265, H.264+ and H.264, and eight channels can be played back together.
The 4K HDMI output drives a monitor, and it has one RCA audio output with two-way audio. Facial recognition is supported. A hard drive is bought separately.
