Model RJ45-TO-BNC-BALUN-T-TYPE-8MP
Fit one balun at the camera and one at the recorder to send video along network cable in place of coax. The pair is passive, so there is no power supply to wire in, and it supports 8MP resolution.
On each balun a BNC connector goes to the camera or DVR, and a terminal takes UTP cable such as Cat5e or Cat6. It works with HD-CVI, HD-TVI, AHD and analogue CCTV formats.
This helps a kit buyer when Cat5e or Cat6 is already run through the building and you would rather not pull new coax. Use a coax-type camera and recorder, and check that your equipment supports the HD format you want, as that depends on it.
