This balun connects a BNC camera or recorder input to a twisted pair, so Cat5e or Cat6 UTP cable can carry the picture instead of coax. It is passive and needs no external power.
Each unit has a BNC male connector and a screw terminal block, which lets you wire the pair without crimping. Picture formats covered are TVI, AHD, CVI and analogue, with cameras of up to 8MP (4K) in range.
Baluns are normally used in pairs, so order two for each camera. It suits an extra camera on a coax kit where network cable is already in the wall.
