This kit has a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter plugs into an HDMI source such as a computer, laptop, media player, TV box or DVR, and the receiver plugs into a monitor, projector or television.
It supports 1080P Full HD and reaches around 50 metres in an open environment, so walls and obstacles may shorten that. Once both units are powered they connect automatically, and LED indicators and display icons show signal and pairing status.
It helps when running an HDMI cable to a screen is awkward, for example a monitoring screen in another room. Check each device has a free HDMI port and a power source.
