This balun is for cameras that take their power over the same path as the picture. It has a BNC male connector and screw terminals for twisted pair, and support for Power over Coax (PoC).
It handles HD-TVI, AHD, CVI and CVBS analogue video, for cameras up to 8MP (4K), over Cat5e or Cat6 UTP. The balun itself is passive, needs no external power, and is normally fitted in pairs.
For a PoC coax kit it is a way to add a camera on network cable that is already run. Check your recorder and camera support PoC before ordering.
