Your choice
You can open the builder with this kit already loaded, then swap the cameras, pick a bigger drive or choose longer cables. It checks each change for you, so everything you end up with will work together.

Good to know
Order on a weekday before 4pm and your kit is sent that same day. Anything ordered after 4pm, or over the weekend, is sent the next working day.
Yes. It can come back to us for up to 14 days if you simply change your mind, or up to 30 days if it reaches you faulty.
Up to 60 metres.
Two. One 4TB drive is already fitted.
Pick this 16 camera kit when distance is the problem. Each DS-2CE78U1T-IT3F camera uses EXIR 2.0 infrared for night vision up to 60 metres, so a few cameras can watch a long fence, a car park or a yard after dark.
The cameras are 8MP 4K HD-TVI turrets with a maximum resolution of 3840 × 2160 and a fixed 2.8mm lens, in IP67 rated enclosures that suit both indoor and outdoor use. They mount on a wall or ceiling.
In the box: the iDS-7216HUHI-M2/XT 16-channel recorder, which is a 1U AcuSense recorder with room for two hard drives, encoding up to 4K at 8 frames per second, and it supports two-way audio on every channel; 16 Hikvision DS-2CE78U1T-IT3F cameras; 16 RG59 BNC video leads of 20m, each with a DC power tail; two 12V 5A power supplies, each with a built-in eight-way splitter; a 1.5m HDMI cable and a 4TB hard drive, already fitted. You provide a monitor with an HDMI input and a place to mount each camera.
With sixteen channels on a 4TB drive, think about how many days of footage you need, and add a second drive if so: the recorder has two bays. The box holds sixteen 20m leads and two power supplies. Compare the 16 camera kits for the audio version.
Other sizes
The same recorder and cameras, packed for a different number of views.
4camerasRight for a house
In the box
The 16 cameras in the box use 16 of the 16 channels on the recorder. There is a camera on every channel already. For a bigger system, the next step is a recorder with more channels.
Around 5 days of footage
There is 4TB of storage in the box.
Recording around the clock in H.265, that holds roughly 5 days of footage. Our sum allows 1 Mbps for each camera of 2MP or less, 2 Mbps for each one above that up to 5MP, and 4 Mbps for each one sharper than 5MP, added together when the cameras are not all the same model. Your own settings, how busy each view is and how much of the drive is usable all change the true number. With motion-only recording, it comes down to how often something moves in view.
Coax (HD analogue) system
Plugs into the coax cable already in your walls.
First, look over the box list: it names the power supplies, cables and mounting parts included. Then plan where each camera goes and how long each cable needs to be, because knowing how many cameras you have does not tell you what they will cover. At every spot, check what the lens can see, the lighting, and how exposed the camera will be to the weather.
